Done as a quick example of how I make busts in Zbrush. They always pretty much start the same, with Zspheres shaped in an upside down T for the shoulders and head. Convert to addaptive skin and then sculpt away on the generated skin mesh. Using Clay tubes, Clay, Standard, and Slash 3 brushes.
